About Bevvys2u
Bevvys2u is an online-only alcohol, drinks, grocery and convenience delivery service operating across Derby and covered Derbyshire areas. We do not have a walk-in shop. Orders can be placed online at bevvys2u.com, or by phone, text or WhatsApp on 07835 411391.
Age Verification
Customers must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.
Bevvys2u operates Challenge 25. If our driver believes the recipient appears to be under 25 years of age, valid photographic ID will be requested before any alcohol or tobacco is handed over.
Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, UK driving licence, PASS-approved Proof of Age Card, or another valid photographic ID accepted by Bevvys2u at the time of delivery.
Our drivers may need to verify ID before handing over age-restricted products. We may refuse delivery if valid ID cannot be checked.
If ID is declined, cannot be provided, or cannot be verified, delivery of age-restricted products will be refused.
Delivery will also be refused if our driver reasonably believes that alcohol is being purchased on behalf of a person under 18, or that the recipient is under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that makes safe handover inappropriate.
It is a criminal offence for a person under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol, or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.
Delivery
Bevvys2u delivers to covered Derby and Derbyshire areas only. Delivery is made to the address provided when the order was placed.
Most local Derby orders are delivered in 15–45 minutes. Wider Derbyshire deliveries may take 15–60 minutes depending on location, traffic and demand.
Delivery is available during our published delivery hours. Opening times may vary by day, demand and availability. Please check the website or contact us before ordering.
A minimum order value of £10 applies to alcohol orders. Orders below this threshold may incur an additional delivery charge or may be cancelled.
Delivery charges, minimum order values and free delivery thresholds may vary by location, order value and availability. Any applicable charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before your order is accepted.
Our drivers do not leave their vehicles during delivery. Customers are responsible for collecting their order from the driver's vehicle on arrival. The driver will contact the mobile number provided when they arrive and will wait for a reasonable period before leaving.
Customers must ensure their mobile phone is switched on and available to receive calls during the delivery window.
Our drivers do not carry additional stock. Please ensure your order is complete before placing it. If paying by cash on delivery, please have the correct amount available where possible. Drivers may not always be able to provide change.

Full delivery address details, including postcode and a contact phone number, must be provided when placing an order.
Payment options may include online card payment, cash on delivery, or card payment on delivery using a portable terminal, where available. Payment must be completed before age-restricted goods are handed over.

Conduct
Offensive, abusive or threatening behaviour towards Bevvys2u staff or drivers will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
