Returns & Refund Policy
At Bevvys2u, we strive to provide the fastest and most reliable local delivery service in Derby. Due to the nature of the products, we sell (alcohol, tobacco, and perishable food items), our return policy is as follows:
1. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with health and safety regulations and UK consumer law regarding perishable goods:
- Perishable Items: We cannot accept returns on food, milk, bread, or snacks once delivery is completed.
- Age-Restricted Goods: For safety and licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered bottles of spirits, wine, beer, or tobacco products.
- Vapes & Accessories: For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control. Every order is hand-checked before it leaves our facility to ensure it is in perfect condition.
- Inspection at Door: Because we deliver locally and directly to you, we ask that you inspect your items at the point of delivery. * Immediate Resolution: In the highly unlikely event that an item is damaged or incorrect, please inform our driver immediately at the door. The driver will take the item back and we will arrange a replacement or a refund on the spot.
- Post-Delivery: Once the delivery has been accepted and the driver has departed, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage, as the items were verified as intact upon handover.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before the driver has departed for delivery. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund the order due to the nature of our "on-demand" delivery service.
4. Failed Age Verification
Please note that we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. If our driver is unable to verify your age with a valid ID (Passport or Driving License), the age-restricted items will be returned to our facility.
- In this instance, a refund will be issued for the products, but the delivery fee remains non-refundable to cover the cost of the driver's time and fuel.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
