Bevvys2u does not add a separate service fee, and we do not advertise free delivery. The delivery charge depends on the address being served.
Delivery Times
Many Derby deliveries arrive within 15–45 minutes depending on postcode, location, traffic, demand and driver availability.
Selected surrounding Derbyshire areas may take longer. Duffield, where served, is typically around 1–2 hours. Other surrounding areas should be checked by exact postcode before ordering.

Payment Arrangements

Cash on delivery is not a standard Shopify checkout option. It may only be agreed in advance by phone, text or WhatsApp on a case-by-case basis.
Card payment at the door is not a general public payment option. For some phone orders, a portable card-terminal arrangement may be agreed in advance, particularly for known customers.
Challenge 25
Alcohol and tobacco products are for customers aged 18 or over. Bevvys2u operates Challenge 25, so anyone who looks under 25 may be asked for valid government-issued photo ID.
Age-restricted goods may be refused if valid ID is not shown or if the recipient appears intoxicated.
